karena dua makanan ini bukan makanan asli indonesia dan kebanyakan udah di rubah sedemikian rupa supaya cocok dilidah kita makanya kita ga tau yg aslinya. Jangankan sushi rujak cingur deh sekarang kan udh banyak macemnya walaupun isinya sama2 cingur tapi kan banyak variasi. tuh kan makanan kita sendiri aja kita gataua gimana rasa sebenernya. jadi ya berusaha lah pelajari makanan2 kita dulu toh bnyk yg enak dan yang pasti murmer kan. hehehehhe
